At least two reasons, 1 because it builds our immunity up and then when we really need an antibiotic it doesn't help us, 2nd because I'm allergic to some fruits and veggies that I haven't always been allergic to and I'm sure it's because of what's being sprayed on them...and rinsing doesn't always help, like it seeps in!
