Yeah! 173 people have pledged to contact county commissioners. The Ohio SPCA wants gas chambers gone now! Take Action - Take the Pledge! Politely ask these commissioners to join the rest of Ohio and remove their gas chambers now

Please call, write, or email as soon as you can the commissioners in the following 5 counties. Euthanasia by Injection is the only safe and humane method.

Medina, Carroll, Hocking, Perry, and Erie Counties

1) Medina County Board of Commissioners

The dog shelter currently gasses a percentage of feral cats trapped. They do not gas dogs.

2) Erie County Commissioners 

The Erie County Commissioners have contracted with a veterinarian clinic and another county to use injection. However, they have not removed their chamber.

3) Perry County Commissioners

The Perry County Dog Warden states that dogs are euthanized by a veterinarian, but the gas chamber has not been removed.

4) Hocking County Commissioners

The Ohio SPCA has filed a lawsuit against the Hocking County Commissioners in order to halt the use of their homemade gas box.

5) Carroll County Commissioners

The Carroll County Commissioners state that they have not used their gas chamber in over two years. However, Commissioner Wirkner states that no one is going to tell them how to run their dog pound. They have refused for years to remove the gas chamber.
