The dog shelter currently gasses a percentage of feral cats trapped. They do not gas dogs.

3) Perry County Commissioners
The Perry County Dog Warden states that dogs are euthanized by a veterinarian, but the gas chamber has not been removed.

5) Carroll County Commissioners
The Carroll County Commissioners state that they have not used their gas chamber in over two years. However, Commissioner Wirkner states that no one is going to tell them how to run their dog pound. They have refused for years to remove the gas chamber.
