Well... I feel like crying.....

I have just read the response from the Postal Ombudsman.

They did listen to all of you. I am also gob smacked that a Greens Politician has now written in to the Ombudsman as well, on behalf of all people in this situation and they have forced Australia Post to review this policy. 

Their new redirection initiatives/procedures will be posted on their Australia Posts websites.

Over the past few weeks, I have been questioned whether I think these online petitions work... 

The answer is yes..
