I grew up kayaking in Alaska's waters. There's no place like it. This picture was taken in Glacier bay where my brother and I spent a week last summer. We paddled with blue whales for hours and used glacial ice to keep our water cool. I'm so happy that people visit Glacial bay - even by cruise ship. Let's just make sure they are keeping it clean and protected!

I love how beautiful Alaska is and I want to protect it for future generations. I used to taking a cruise but I've learned how much the cruise ships pollute pristine areas. Please join me in contributing to Trout Unlimited's chapter in Alaska to enable them to protect Alaska's beauty!
Cruise ships are damaging beautiful Alaskan waters by dumping sewage (sometimes treated and sometimes not) into the ocean and bays. I'm asking all supporters to boycott cruise ships to Alaska until the the state government pass stricter laws (similar to those in California) that will protect the coastlines.
Huge floating cities of more than 5,000 people can discharge their sewage (sometimes treated and sometimes not) directly into the beautiful and once pristine waters of Alaska.
