Thank you for signing the California bag ban petition.   We still need your help.  Please share the petition with friends and family.  Last week a group of passionate ocean protectors met at the Capitol in Sacramento, California to educate legislators about the importance of passing the plastic bag ban to keep single use plastic out of the ocean.  "Ocean Day" at the Capitol conveyed a unified message from the ocean and coastal community that hopefully inspired decision-makers to work toward effective solutions aimed at protecting our oceans and waterways.  We continue to work with legislators to push for practical, adaptive and common sense solutions (bag ban) to the plastic pollution problem in California.  Thank you for all of your help!
