Update #1 ·

Update on April 03, 2013

For those who may not know...Trevor L. James had a wonderful life..he was 22.  He had a great job, awesome friends, loving family...his own home, and the love of his life..his son Dylan.

On August 1st..a beautiful bright and clear summer day, Trevor left the doctor's office around 3 p.m.  He exited making a left hand turn on the roadway.  He had barely gone 350 ft. when an inattentive motorist left a parking lot to make a LEFT hand turn.  Trevor was 35ft. from the parking lot.  He had no reaction time...although he tried..He was airlifted to Cooper's Trauma unit, where he fought for his life for 7 days..Then...the fight was over, the burden too great to overcome.

Since that time much has happened for the memory of Trevor James and to promote "safety and awareness".

The 501C3 established in his name, is promoting this "CAUSE" to encourage our legislators to re-write the language for a "right of way" bill.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP!  Thank you for signing the petition.

We will keep you updated as events unfold...

Often we can be distracted not just by electronics, but simple things...changing the radio station, rearranging the rear view, reaching into the backseat...picking something up off the floor. Imagine the horror of knowing that one simple distraction took the life of…
