"Such callous disregard for the suffering of animals, and for the law, is a dangerous indicator of recklessness and cruelty," ALDF executive director Stephen Wells said on the agency's website, http://www.aldf.org, "The person responsible for this crime must be brought to justice, for everyone's safety."

The ALDF is asking anyone with information about the crime to contact them at (707) 795-2533, Ext. 1010.

Anyone with information on the case can call the Hebron Police Department at 996-2747.
