Seventy-eight percent of Americans can’t be wrong. According to a recent Allstate study, that’s how many people say that lawmakers should enact a federal law banning texting while driving. Allstate and NOYS have been leaders in making roads safer for all Americans and proudly support efforts by lawmakers to prohibit these distractions behind the wheel.
