- the burden additional jurors places on the public
- the personal life experience bias that jurors may bring to the Courtroom
- the fact that its not just family court rulings under the microscope., etc
This petition is not designed to address all Family Court cases, rather the ones which are highly contested and draining Family and System alike. Further, the need for "neutral party" involvement is not so much to decide a childs best interest, but rather ensure that the parents rights to lead in the decision making are not violated.
