Educate a Child -- Change Their Future Forever
School in Nepal is neither mandatory nor free and many families cannot afford even the cost of uniforms, let alone the cost of tuition, books, and a book bag.
In addition to providing education for the children in our home, Ghar SIta Mutu currently pays for the education of 27 other local children who's families cannot afford to send them. We do what we can to fill the gap and get as many children into school as funding allows.
At our Learning Centre, we teach children who are unable to go to school how to read, write, and do simple math. Some of these children are very bright and would love to attend a real school.
If you are interested in sponsoring a child's education by pledging $32 a month, please visit our website gharsitamutu.org. Your support would change that child's life forever. Education is their only path out of poverty and we believe everyone deserves an opportunity to learn.
