Action Alert: Indiana needs your help!

Dear Friends,

Soon, the Indiana legislators will consider a bill (HB 1135) to stop fox and coyote pens and they need to hear from everyone that we strongly support this measure. We’ve been working hard to stop this practice as it is nothing more than a cruel sport where foxes and coyotes are chased and killed in penned enclosures.

We are asking everyone to make a comment regarding your opposition to fox and coyote pens in Indiana. You may do so by going to: Once on this site, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the Coyote/Fox Dog Training Ground rule. Click “comment on this rule”. Enter the required information in the boxes provided and then click submit. Please make sure that you remain courteous and straight to the point. Explain the fact that the inherent cruelty and abuse simply cannot be regulated through rule. Remain focused on a particular topic and make a conclusive argument. Please ask your friends and family to respond as well.

In addition to these comments, you may contact the Indiana Natural Resources Commission (NRC) directly at:

Please stay tuned to the Stop Wildlife Penning cause site and to We will soon be posting information regarding the one operating fox pen in Linton, Indiana and more information regarding additional states such as North Carolina and South Carolina as bills are being introduced in these states as well.

As always, thank you for your participation in our cause.
