Cause an Uproar and Support the World’s Big Cats
In the past decades, big cats of the world have been quickly disappearing, all victims of habitat loss and degradation as well as conflicts with humans. Big Cat Week on Nat Geo Wild is an extension of the National Geographic Society’s Big Cats Initiative, a long-term commitment to stop poaching, save habitats, and sound the call that big steps are needed to save big cats around the world. Beginning December 6, Big Cat Week showcases some of Earth’s biggest cats and what makes these animals so iconic and threatened. Just by watching the show, you can help Cause an Uproar and support the Big Cats Initiative.
From now until December 31, Big Cats Initiative will receive $.50 for each person who pledges to watch Big Cat Week, up to $10,000. Big Cat Week starts December 6 9P et/pt, and continues through December 12. We hope you’ll be able to make the pledge, and encourage your friends to do the same.
Help us Cause an Uproar and support the Big Cat Initiative simply by enjoying the incredible stories of the world’s largest felines.
Thanks for your help, and enjoy the shows.
