Breaking news: MORE teens report talking to their parents about the risks of drugs

The Partnership conducts a study every year that surveys thousands of teenagers across the country to track attitudes and use; this year, there are more teens who reported “learning a lot” about the risks of drugs from their parents -- 37% (an increase of 16% from the previous year).

Research consistently shows that teens who learn a lot about the risks of drugs at home are up to 50% less likely to use, yet many parents have difficulty talking with their kids about drugs and alcohol.
