The older I get the more difficult it is to adjust. Then there are my animals who don't understand and are required to adapt to the time change as well. Don't think it is a problem? It is when they are on the old schedule and wake me up an hour early to start the day. I used to love it when the I was working days and the time went back an hour but when I worked an evening shift then had to double back and do a day shift losing that hour of sleep in the spring was cruel. When I worked nights and the clocks went back I got to do an additional hour. I was a health care provider. Yup, let's make all of us health care providers more tired than we already are. Like many things changing times back and forth has outlived its usefulness. We need to ask, much more than we do, what useful purpose there is in doing this or anything for that matter? The argument against is from a very narrow perspective. Heads up: Not everyone lives as you do so stop making stupid assumptions.
