We are at war with ISIS, by their choice, not ours. We should do what needs to be done to win, even if it involves "wartime" deviations from Constitutional rights. As long as ISIS is using social media as a weapon of war we should employ any technology we can to defeat that use. I think the privacy issue is overblown. I very rarely say anything that could be used to harm me. I routinely carry on conversations in public without concern about eavesdroppers. Defeating ISIS is more important than a temporary intrusion in my conversation.
