I'm not sure on this one. I'm really a maybe. I think there are good arguments on the free rider side. There are good arguments in the I want to work and not join the union. Then however, I don't see why a company with both union and nonunion staff can't charge two different pay scales. One negotiated by the union and one not. Further, it is unions that provides living wages. Maybe with Unions, like the pay of C-Suite executives it got to be too much, meaning the executives made less of the workforce made more and they were not globally competitive. But without Unions, people can't make a living yet executives gain more and more compensation, albeit in stocks. No relation to how company does. I'm a maybe in this vote really as we need a better balance and a fairer pay scale.
