I am opposed to repealing this. In the late 2000's many people were out of jobs and lost their homes due to the banks and their dishonest business practices. It took years for many to find employment. What s slap in the face to be drug tested because you're receiving unemployment benefits/welfare yet the bank executives who actually did break laws received no prison time. Drug testing has been tried and it was a waste of time and money as it was found that the vast majority of welfare recipients tested negative for drug use.
