Absolutely. Except... though not “available” to those under 21 for recreation, if there is a medical benefit to someone under 18 their parent/guardian should be able to pick up a prescription and anyone 18-20 should be able to get their own. This should possibly require tighter controls on medical “cards” but though marijuana is fun for recreation it does wonders particularly for those with cancer undergoing chemo having trouble keeping food down. Possibly not allowing smoking it traditionally but edibles, tablets, vaporization and creams could be a compromise for those under 21 since this eliminated many of the tars associated with burning things. And full disclosure, I don’t use any form of THC due to my work, but I still can see the medical benefits.
