There is no need for government at any level to dictate that any U.S. citizen must have healthcare insurance, no matter what name is applied to it. Why? When government gets involved, quality of any service and/or product decreases. Notice that the very brightest people fought to get into medical school at one time. Now it is not so, and many physicians are quitting. Do not assume it is because we in healthcare are "greedy," as that pos BO (a multimillionaire who has never worked for a living) and Hillary (who left the White House with an estimated $25 million that she and Billy got through only public "service" jobs, and still thought she needed to steal the china!) want you to think. We know that government rules and regulations demand that far too often an inferior level of healthcare services is all we can provide because Medicare and Medicaid will take us to court for not following their rules instead of doing that which is medically best for our patients! Instead of providing inferior or inappropriate care, I am forced to tell some of my patients that NO care is better than the lousy options the state and the federal governments' insane dictatorial limits demand. I refuse to set myself up for malpractice by following some of the potentially damaging and/or inappropriate/insufficient treatments governments want for us, the masses, while they have the best of healthcare choices!
