It's a woman's civil right to breastfeed wherever she wishes. When I breastfed my daughter, I did so openly. However, not all women feel comfortable breastfeeding in public, or their babies are too distracted to feed when there's a lot going on around them, and that's okay. They should have a clean place to feed their children. In fact, a breastfeeding room can also be used to bottle feed fussy babies. Nobody wants to eat their lunch in a bathroom.
