Those that are opposed need to ask themselves why Telsa and GM are in support of it...? Many opinions I see here are just pro-enviroment. Tesla and GM support it because it will remove the 200,000 limit per manufacturer. In the short term, larger tax payouts will continue and their business will thrive. I'm sure they will lobby to continue to push the credit in 2022 when the time comes. The short term goal is to remove the limit that GM and Tesla are approaching. This bill needs to be re-evaluated. We should phase it out. Let the market decide for itself. Electric will thrive on it's own.
