There are too many provisions lumped together. This should be 2 different bills. One dealing with foreign interferences and a second to address Federal US election guidelines. Manipulation of elections have been around ever since elections were held throughout history and around the world (doesn't make it right). US Laws are already in place to deal with the majority of situations, some new methods/loopholes will always be appearing to be looked at. Today's assortment of media tools make information (True and False) much easier to distribute. Fortunately, freedom of speech is one of our rights. Unfortunately, this protects false information as well as true. It is up to individuals to look past the "opinion" that they "agree" with and do a little research to become better informed. Honest, informed voters are the best defense against fraud/manipulations.
