Should Non-Citizens Who've Been Convicted of a Felony or At Least Two Misdemeanors Be Deported?

I see the bill, in it's current form, ripe for abuse. This is a no for me unless it is made more specific. This is an extremely complex issue that can't be brushed with broad strokes.
