Should States & Localities Allowing Non-Citizens to Vote in State or Local Elections Lose Federal Funds?

Why would we allow non citizens to vote in our country? We might as well stop investigating the Russian influence. It makes no sense other than allowing outsiders to change how the country is run. And by the way, isn’t that against the law? 🤔
