Should the Obamacare Patient Navigator Programs Be Funded?

Because I am sickened 😷 & tiredness 🤧 of taking these flu & pneumonia shots because I am walking amongst the sick 😷 & unhealthy because they cannot afford to stay healthy via healthcare privileges!!!!😱
