Blocking a Regulation That Lets OSHA Cite Employers for Record-Keeping Violations in the Last Five Years

Keeping up-to-date records for at least 5 years is not a burdensome requirement since it enhances safety for employees and the public. No responsible employer should have an issue with this requirement. Nor should Congress.
