And I noticed that every time there was a demonstration against the war here Congress would put pressure on the military commanders on the ground. Under pressure, the high ranking command would put pressure on the troops in the field. At that time, we would have an increase in KIAs and wounded soldiers. The President since the start of the Republic has had the duty to protect this country. I understand that there is leaks coming from Congress and there are members of Congress that, in my opinion do not have this country's well being in their best interests.
