Should the House Express Solidarity with the Pro-Democracy Protesters Who Were Exiled by China After Tiananmen Square in 1989?

Why now? It has been 30 years. The time to have done this would have been with the protesters in some way guns tanks guidance. I think they are content at this time. Not jumping up and down for joy but content for themselves now
