This bill makes no sense...you want to say life begins at conception...but you don't want to give a fertilized egg the same rights as an actual human being...yet you say a fertilized egg is officially a human being and should be protected under law? And you say that no women would be prosecuted if her unborn baby died. This makes no sense!! Of course it would be incredibly stupid to prosecute a women for involuntary manslaughter if she fell down the stairs and her unborn baby died. But if you say life begins at conception, yet agree with my previous statement, then you really don't consider a fertilized egg to be an actual human being....and so your whole story falls apart about you actually considering this to be a human being like the rest of us.
