ABsolutely no ban should be instated. The whole use of "20 weeks is arbitrary, and since the 20-week designation actually refers to 20 weeks since the woman's last pregnancy, and NOT 20 weeks since she became pregnant, it is even more meaningless. On top of that, many women can not know about the health of the fetus until close to or past 20 weeks, putting women in the position of having to make a decision to abort without valuable information provided by testing, OR it being too late to make a decision at all. Additionally, the notion that "birth control" is freely available to all is a GROSS misstatement. Absolutely untrue. It is neither FREE to all, nor is it AVAILABLE to all.
