So let me get this straight, about 48,000 people die per year from cigarettes, no issue. About 88,000 die from alcohol, no issue. A few deaths, not even attributed to vaping e-juice, but instead from tainted BLACK MARKET THC cartridges, and now politicians flip shit? Really? The whole reason a Black Market exists for these products is because they are illegal in most states already, and people can only acquire them through illicit means. And without regulation, anything can be in them. If this act to ban flavored juice was actually about those deaths, they would be investigating the true cause, not shifting the blame. And they wouldn’t be banning anything at all, they would instead regulate it. This isn’t about those deaths. This is about money. It’s about all the profit these people make from cigarette addiction, and all the associated health problems that come with it. It’s the same reason you won’t see a cure for cancer, because it’s too profitable to cure. Banning e-juice will just force it into the black market like the THC carts. Prohibition doesn’t work. With anything. Haven’t we learned that lesson yet?
