I'm going to nay this bill. A job offer comes with restrictions. You must show up to work at the time and days you have agreed to, ready to work. If you can't do that don't take the job. Things happen in life that may change your ability to perform those responsibilities, but your changing needs don't change the needs of your employer. I would hope that an employer would work with a schedule change to accommodate An employee beset with a major illness. I believe that an employer having to act on the requirements of this bill is overburdening.
