I'm all for holding China accountable for intellectual property theft. However, imposing duties and compensating American products sounds like a nightmare to manage. It seems like the industries that would most benefit include the pharmaceutical and electronics. The problem is that our industry giants have already transferred intelligence into China be simply having a majority of their products produced there. There's very little that you can buy today that's Made in the U.S. If it is, it's probably just assembled here with components coming from all over the world including China.
