Should Sanctuary Cities Not Receive Federal Law Enforcement Grants if They Don’t Assist Federal Immigration Enforcement?

Sanctuary Cities ar criminal by definition. We must not allow crime to pay. These people can vote, and work through representation to change Federal laws they don't like. They must not be allow to ignore Feceral law.
