As a female I don't see the need to have a special building/museum just for women. Why do people try to divide us by gender? In today's society teachers are no longer able to talk/teach gender--starting this year in elementary, middle and high school teachers are not to use the term adoption. I have grandchildren in college whose papers are being rejected and/or their grades reduced because they used the terms female, male, woman, man, he, she etc. in their paper They have been told to use words like them, they, and even it. Under these conditions it's not appropriate to build a national women's museum. One further comment: who is going to pay for this building? Under the circumstances, it's not appropriate to make the taxpayer pay since government is forcing educators to remove gender terms.
