Yes, they have been subpoenaed. The House does have oversight power over the DOJ and the FBI and this should be complied with in the manner requested. Obvious abuses of power in the FBI and hopefully some accountability will come from it. The opposing side is saying let the FBI do their jobs... um they haven't been. The DOJ and the FBI, as far as I can tell, have been preferential and biased at the least. You can't have a functional society where state and federal law enforcement are basically shills for political parties and their interests. It's time to prosecute, to do that demands discovery. And discover we shall.
