Should Publicly Accessible Federal Buildings Have a Lactation Room for Breastfeeding Moms?

It would be nice to provide this service when possible, but I'm worried about it being required. I could get behind a bill that would fund the creation of these rooms; maybe it's just a semantic issue for me.
