I understand that some immigrants who came here illegally may be contributing to social security. However, they're still an illegal immigrant. My grandfather contributed to social security for 50+ years; why should this nation allow people, who aren't even citizens, to drain social security. Plus, if you're living in the United States and contributing to social security through work, just become a citizen. I know becoming a citizen isn't the easiest process, but don't expect the rights and benefits of a United States citizen if you're an illegal immigrant. I have a friend who moved to the U.S. from Korea at the age of 13 with his parents. His parents went through the process of becoming a citizen, now I believe they do deserve social security benefits. Come to the United States legally, regardless of citizenship, you deserve the benefits and rights of a U.S. citizen. Come to the United States illegally, you do not deserve the benefits and rights of this nations citizens.
