Right to work states also force unions to represent workers and process their grievances (all costing $$) but not charge union dues to pay for them. This whole idea is by businesses to make unions dry up. The union gets dues to pay for its services representing the workers. Unions do not get rich off this. The employee gets many benefits from this. Why would you not want to pay for someone to have your back against wealthy businesses? What is the issue here? Because the employee doesn't want to pay dies? Fone, then don't take the job offer.
