Should the Electric Car Tax Credit Be Phased-Out in 2022 & Apply to All Electric Cars Until Then?

This bill is a corporate power-grab, lobbied by Tesla and GM to make smaller companies less competitive. It has nothing to do with electric cars, and everything to do with corporate greed and deception.
