No. The GOP has decided that they are the 'pro life party'. They are not. They are more concerned with an unborn fetus than they are with children who are already here: They voted to take SNAP benefits away from poor families, as well as medical care(the week of Christmas last year-really into that Christmas, Christian spirit, GOP, aren't we?) They have cut funding to the already over-burdened and under-staffed Foster Care system where there are millions of children whose care have now been cut. If you don't want an abortion, don't get one, but stop forcing your 'deeply held religious beliefs(abortion is never mentioned int he Bible, by the way-and it did exist) down everyone else's throat. I am neither Catholic, nor a Fundamentalist and the choice for abortion is a deeply personal one and the Government and The GOP need to stay out of it.
