So I will have to pay 23% more for my groceries, but corporations purchasing "services for business or investment" pay the same as they do now? No thanks. Also, how, under this new system, will average Americans ever be able to afford to make big purchases? A 23% increase in cost would place the house that I'm closing on squarely out of my reach. I am not against streamlining our tax system, but we have to do it in a way that does not place undue burden on the average American, let alone the lower class. This bill is not the one.
