Within this plan falls a large group of homeless people who depend on the ability to live in the forests for a cheap price. Most of these people pass off as campers. But when you go often enough you start seeing the same camper's face and he looks poor... it sends a message. I myself now have to pay $20 a night for my favorite campsite when I used to only pay $30 a year. That's a huge hike in price and frankly I try to get my family outdoors as much as possible but I can't afford it at that price believe it or not. And all of these campgrounds are falling into this scenario. Also did you notice that the environmental groups that have an interest in preserving the forest or actually profiting off of people by making them pay for access to a forest which belongs to everyone. No one should have to pay to be in the woods.
