This is just a feel-good resolution that’s not going to accomplish anything. Obviously, we need to ensure we bring as many American POW/MIA soldiers home as we can or figure out what happened to them. However, there is already an effort to do this. Many of these missing American soldiers are from World War II. It’s unlikely that we’re going to bring any of these soldiers home. Congress should focus on ensuring that we stop sending soldiers into military conflicts that we shouldn’t be involved in.
