The clarity and focus of this measure need to be refined immediately. Any group facing any kind of persecution or fleeing any kind of or zone should be welcomed as refugees. That much is a no-brainer. However, the wording of this does appear to give preference to one or two groups over others, even though they all have suffered at the hands of ISIS and need our help. The bill must be rewritten to commit to help all of those fleeing such terror to the best of our ability, whether they be Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Yazidi or any other victimized group. Please fix this measure.
