The risks for abuse if this bill passes are too high and too broad. People expect privacy, and they expect net neutrality. This puts both at risk. The idea that details about your personal activities on personal devices can be collected and sold without consent is concerning. The idea that the information consumers see can be manipulated to control certain content is also concerning. We live in a time when access to information is supoosed to be equally accessible, not dependent on your ISP. If the argument is that Google, Facebook, and others already do this, they should be required to get consent too if they don't already.
