I think that it is absolutely necessary that all press briefings be videotaped and recorded since these are public records relating to the government and they should be subject to the same document preservation laws as any other information that comes out of the government. The frequency of the press briefings I would assume would actually be determined on the amount of news coming out. I do not think any of the briefings should be banned from having recordings audio recordings or video recordings audio and video recording should be allowed at every single press briefing. Trump doesn't like things to be recorded because he doesn't like his words to be used against him later. But as I said earlier these press briefing should come under the laws requiring that documentation of what goes on in the government is preserved emails press briefings handouts visitor logs, everything.
