A bill that limits American privilege needs to have precise language regarding exactly who should be affected. Without that, anybody could take advantage of the bill and stretch its reach beyond the traditional idea of "terrorist." Who's to say that in a few years a person who generally opposes our government, as is our Constitutional right, won't be considered a "terrorist"? This bill either needs to be better defined or scrapped. It borders too much on validating the removal of basic rights for basic people. The wrong person in power could easily abuse this bill.
