The Veterans Administration is an "easy target" because the department for years has been neglected due to poor oversight. Yes, all employees should be held to a certain standard/level of performance, no matter who or where they work. The VA is no exception to that rule. But what we find, is that it is always those at the bottom of the ladder who get dump upon while their Directors, Administrators, Managers get a pass. Regarding "whistle Blowers," it takes courage knowing that more than likely, you will be fired, demoted, harassed until they quit. This bill is a no brainer.
