Effectively resolving issues with insurance premiums and the issuing of a license to drunk driver that moved to another state. This also would be a start to better background checks for the purchase of firearms. The record of the individual follows them nationally. Additionally eliminating Law Enforcement agency’s from hiding the really crime numbers in their communities.
